Leadership

   EDGE Facilities Solutions founder and lead planner Deborah Messmer brings over 30 years experience in corporate real estate planning, interior design and facilities project management to the firm and its clients.

As Designer/Principal of Interspec Planning Group in Rochester, NY, and as Corporate Workplace Project Manager at Ally Financial (and it's affiliate GMAC Mortgage) near Philadelphia, PA,  Deb designed and managed real estate development and workplace projects in multiple business segments that positively affected over 2.8  million square feet  of space and over 30,000 personnel.  Additionally, Deb has worked in the office furniture industry supporting corporate clients and the architectural/design communities.

Deb passed the rigorous National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) test in 2003 and is a Professional Member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and the American Association of Interior Designers (ASID).  Dedicated to continuous improvement in facility planning, data collection/analysis and customer satisfaction, Deb is trained as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
